• Fresh tortellini750 g
• Cooking cream400 ml
• Ham150 g
• Parmesan60 g

Method in 4 steps

1. Cook the tortellini as on the packet.
2. Chop the ham and fry it briefly.
3. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add the tortellini and parmesan and stir.
