Nakupko is provided by REMAKO d.o.o. By using the app or website you agree to these terms.
Nakupko is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
The cheapest store, opening hours, store locations, recipes and ingredient amounts are for information only and may be inaccurate or out of date. The price in the store or at the checkout applies. We cannot see stock levels. Check with the store before you rely on it.
Software can contain bugs. Store detection by location, notifications, the shared list and the lock-screen view do not always work reliably, as they depend on your phone, signal and settings.
We are not liable for downtime or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, power or internet outages, failures at Apple, Google, Firebase or GitHub, cyber attacks, device failures, government decisions and similar.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REMAKO d.o.o. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, lost profit, loss of data (e.g. a lost list) or other harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, Nakupko.
Recipes are general suggestions. You are responsible for allergens, food freshness, safe preparation and dietary needs.
Nakupko Plus is billed by Apple or Google under their terms; cancel it in the store settings, refunds are handled by Apple or Google. The free version shows ads; advertisers are responsible for their content.
You may not abuse, overload, hack or scrape Nakupko. If you do, we may restrict access.

Fine print. The service may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability in every country or compatibility with every device. Users are responsible for decisions made based on the information shown. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights). If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; by continuing to use Nakupko you accept the updated version.
