Ingredients for 4 people

• Grilling sausages4
• Potatoes1 kg
• Milk200 ml
• Butter50 g
• Sauerkraut500 g

Method in 4 steps

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash with butter and milk.
2. Fry the sausages in a little oil for 15 minutes, turning.
3. Warm the sauerkraut.
4. Serve together.
