Ingredients for 4 people

• Cooking chocolate200 g
• Butter120 g
• Eggs4
• Sugar80 g
• White flour40 g

Method in 5 steps

1. Heat the oven to 220 °C and grease 4 ramekins.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter.
3. Whisk the eggs and sugar, then stir in the chocolate and flour.
4. Pour into the ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes. The middle should stay runny.
5. Turn out onto plates straight away.
