Ingredients for 4 people

• White flour250 g
• Butter200 g
• Sugar200 g
• Eggs4
• Lemons2
• Baking powder1 bag
• Icing sugar100 g

Method in 5 steps

1. Heat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Cream the butter and sugar, then add the eggs and lemon zest.
3. Fold in the flour and baking powder and bake in a tin for 40 minutes.
4. Mix the lemon juice with icing sugar.
5. Pour the glaze over the warm cake.
