Ingredients for 4 people

• Ladyfingers400 g
• Butter200 g
• Icing sugar150 g
• Eggs2
• Walnuts100 g
• Milk300 ml
• Cream400 ml

Method in 5 steps

1. Beat the butter, icing sugar and yolks into a cream and add the ground walnuts.
2. Whip the cream and fold half into the mixture.
3. Dip the biscuits quickly in milk.
4. Layer biscuits and cream in a tin.
5. Top with the rest of the cream and chill for at least 4 hours.
