Ingredients for 4 people

• Fusilli400 g
• Pesto190 g
• Parmesan60 g
• Cherry tomatoes250 g
• Rocket100 g

Method in 5 steps

1. Cook the pasta in salted water as on the packet.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Drain the pasta and mix it with the pesto straight away.
4. Add the tomatoes and rocket.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan.
