Ingredients for 4 people

• Potatoes1 kg
• Pork cracklings100 g
• Sauerkraut500 g
• Blood sausages4

Method in 5 steps

1. Boil the potatoes and mash with the drained beans.
2. Top with crackling and season.
3. Warm the sauerkraut.
4. Bake the blood sausages for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
5. Serve together.
