Ingredients for 4 people

• Frozen strawberries500 g
• Cream300 ml
• Icing sugar80 g
• Lemons1

Method in 3 steps

1. Put the frozen strawberries, icing sugar and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Add the cream and blend until smooth.
3. Serve straight away or freeze for 1 hour.
