Ingredients for 4 people

• White flour250 g
• Cocoa powder60 g
• Sugar250 g
• Eggs3
• Butter150 g
• Cooking chocolate200 g
• Cream250 ml

Method in 5 steps

1. Heat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Cream the butter and sugar, then add the eggs.
3. Fold in the flour and cocoa and bake in a tin for 35 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate in hot cream.
5. Pour the glaze over the cooled cake.
