Method in 5 steps

1. Wash the potatoes, wrap in foil and cook in the embers or on the grill for 40 minutes.
2. Grill the sausages for 10 minutes, turning.
3. Mix the sour cream with chives and salt.
4. Split the potatoes and add a knob of butter.
5. Serve with the cream and mustard.
