Ingredients for 4 people

• White flour300 g
• Butter200 g
• Icing sugar100 g
• Eggs1
• Jam1 jar
• Vanilla sugar1 bag

Method in 5 steps

1. Knead the flour, butter, icing sugar, egg and vanilla sugar into a dough and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out and cut pairs of cookies, cutting a hole in half of them.
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
4. When cool, sandwich with jam.
5. Dust with icing sugar.
